GROUP # 5: CHURCHES OF QUITO

A: AUDIENCE

In this 0portunity our group will go to the churches of Quito.

We’ll go to visit five important churches like these:

• BASILICA DEL NUEVO VOTO

• CHURCH OF SAN FRANCISCO

• CHURH OF LA COMPANIA DE JESUS

• CHURCH OF EL SAGRARIO

• CHURCH OF THE METROPOLITAN CATHEDRAL

THIS VIDEO GOES TO SOME PEOPLE THAT LIKE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THE CULTURE AND HISTORY OF QUITO.

For us is very important to visit the churches of the historic center of Quito because these churches are an important part of our religious history

For this reason and others more QUITO has been declarated “HERITAGE OF HUMANITY”.

C: CONTENTS

This project is important because we try to teach you the exactly location of the churches we visited.

We’ve used location espressions like:

• Behind

• In front of

• Next to

• Between

• Across the street

• On the corner of

D: DEGREE With all these location expressions we believe someone can go to visit the churches of Quito.

We”ve known the exactly location of the churches of Quito using the common location expressions.

We are in the ability to give the address of each church we visited to any tourist who speaks English.

We’ve learned to use these location expressions  to ask where is the tourist place that we want to visit? and how cana we go there?

GROUP 2 CAYAMBE CITY

ESSAY.

INTRODUCTION.

Cayambe is located aproximately one hour to the north-east of Quito , capital of the province of Pichincha , and a half-hour from the cityof Otavalo .Its ease of access brings you to a place where you can experience marvelous landscapes, interact with friendly people, live out their customs and traditions , and taste their delicious cuisine.

Our magical city  seated on the slopes of the Cayambe volcano, the only snow-cap in the world traversed by the equatorial line and the third highest peak in Ecuador.

Cayambre City offers some tourist sites like the traditional Yazna park where locals and visitors can enjoy the different attractions like the canoe ride on the lake, horseback riding, cabchas sports, playgrounds and ample green spaces enjoy more than fresh air can also appreciate their crafts and taste the typical food.

PERSONAL OPINION.
1 .- Through this project we could learn more about our natural beauty that is our country 'as is the charming and attractive Yazna park located in the canton of Cayambe.
2 .- This project helps us to achieve our strength lexicon develop ourselves more easily and to exchange information with people who handle universal language is English

In this project we learned to work together, solving problems that arose during the development of activities, assessing the interest, responsibility, friendship and giving importance to the natural beauty of our country.
We liked the beauty and tranquility of the park gives us Yazna since it has many attractions to share with the whole family and especially the new experiences are common to know the attitudes and skills of the group positively and negatively.
If we agree that technology is very necessary in implementation of projects as science progresses and we have to go to the couple and as new profersionales that we will have to be new entities forming and forging a new society.
We present new attractive parts of the province giving to our own environment and especially learning how to rescue the traditional values ​​that our country is being lost.
When working on the project complicates we do not know very well use the new technology but the challenge we set ourselves we can overcome this small problem and we were able to explain that gets done excellent work with technology.
As new professionals we are and we'll be learning a new language and to develop ourselves with greater ease is very positive in our society.

  

PLANING HOW TO FILM. 

He/she goes directed to own and strange so that they can visit the attractive place that is the park Yaznán, inculcating the love and the respect to our environment and of way is we will be able to incentivate in children and young appreciating it first ours. 

We chose the park Yaznán for that we want to give to know the tourist places that he/she has the Canton Cayambe and of way is we will be able to inculcate the national tourism and foreigner. 

We use the grammar learned in the unit number six like it is the dog and cant cold. Is there? . Do plow trhere? location expressions like across from and outside, using checking and asking", I also toss questions grammar learned in previous levels as irregular verbs, question informations. 

The work carried out in the video gives to know the individual effort and grupal that you applies for the development and power to arrive and to fulfill our objective satisfactorily.

Well I'm very happy this week because my students went on friday to film the practice class, during all the last week we work on the interactive power point with the grammar learned and related with the video which they filmed and we were writing the essay but friday was the great day because my dear students put in practice all that they learned so until today I received the video of two groups and These are very interesting so I fell so exciting and these kind of activities make to feel proud of be teacher.

OTAVALO

San Luis de Otavalo or simply Otavalo is a town in the province of Imbabura, in Ecuador, located 110 kilometers north of Quito. Otavalo has a tourism infrastructure first, famous for the colorful Indian market, the food, landscapes, lakes, and especially for its friendly people.

This small city geographically but big in their culture, as a village representative to Ecuador and visited by the tourists.

With the use of audiovisual media will be shown and rescued an indigenous, rich, welcoming and willing to give tourists a pleasant attention, delivering through her art, knowledge, values ​​and physical beauty of the city itself, a Otavalo diverse cultural and traditional.

One of the pleasures of visiting Otavalo is given the opportunity to obtain the coexistence of traditional and modern. Many travelers hope to see a Otavalo small, quiet, old-fashioned, because of its reputation as a thriving Indian community, but it is very different. Otavalo is a beautiful and relatively modern city with lovely surroundings, a good collection of restaurants and many specialty shops. Its inhabitants are prosperous and happy, and while many men and women wear their traditional costumes.

MITAD DEL MUNDO - GROUP 6

INTRODUCTION

This project is intended to inform the tourist city half of the world, located in Quito, which is one of the tourist places more important in the country. Where will find places such as: museums, Planetarium, art exhibitions, sale of souvenirs and handicrafts, antiques, food places, and much more, that takes us to a journey of unforgettable experiences.

SUPPORT OF IDEAS

The purpose of this paper is to give to know the proper use and application of local expressions such as:

§  Use Is there? And Are there? To ask about places in a town.

§  Use location expression like across from and outside.

§  Use Can and Could to offer help and ask for directions.

§  Talk about stores and favorite places in your city or town.

 to provide help to interested people requesting an address, which will allow us to position ourselves in any place or site within a city.

This work will generate a didactic and interactive material such as presentations and a video that is intended to increase the level of conversation Agile with vocabulary and grammar of a simple way and without a doubt that is practical.

PERSONAL OPINION

To us as students of UCE represents us a motivation that enriches our knowledge and enables us to enhance our academic level, the same that will help us to engage us in a better way in the practice of our daily living.
